able to calm down.

•Breathe slowly alone in any corner.

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing this. Also, just like what Dr Amal have said: "Wait 6 secs then talk; surely your anger will decrease by that..." It took me a lot to be able to do that but I managed to do it at last.
